As a change agent, she has won 7 awards for her work and sustainability innovations with companies. Today, Mojca works as an independent consultant at the intersection of sustainability, strategy and business development under her Improve X Advisory brand, helping clients build more innovative, agile, resilient and forward-looking businesses. She is an active member of the Chapter Zero Slovenia working group, where she contributes to the development of effective climate governance.
